Staff, visitors, contractors and students sign in and out on a tablet at reception. The live register shows everyone on site right now, across one school or several sites.
Safeguarding declarations before entry
Show your own site rules and safeguarding declarations before sign-in, and require a signature where you need one. Every version of every declaration is kept, so you can show exactly what each person agreed to.
Fire register in one tap
Start a fire register instantly. It captures everyone on site at that moment, and fire marshals open the roll call on any phone by scanning a QR code — no app, no login. Access expires and is cancelled when the register closes.
Evidence for inspections
Signed declarations, visit history and drill reviews are kept as searchable records you can export or print, helping you demonstrate your visitor and evacuation procedures during Ofsted inspections and safeguarding reviews.
Staff express sign-in
Staff sign in with a personal PIN and can record a vehicle registration, keeping the car park and the register in step.
You stay in control
Each kiosk tablet is authorised individually and can be revoked at any time. Your data is yours: attendance records are never automatically deleted, and only your own staff can see your register.
SiteSafe supports your own safeguarding and evacuation procedures; it doesn't replace them.
